摘　　要：本文针对目前25～30 mm厚20g和40～50 mm Q235B钢板生产现状,分析了生产厚规格20g的可行性,提出了开发方案和控制措施,设计了化学成分,制定了合理的生产工艺,并对所生产的钢板成分和性能进行全面分析,很好地满足了用户的需求.This article makes an analysis of the feasibility of producing heavy gauge 20g plate based on the present status of 25～30 mm 20g and 40～ 50 mm Q235B production,puts forward developing scheme and control measures ,designs chemical composition,draws up rational production process and carries out an all-round analysis of composition and properties on the part of produced plate so as to satisfy the requirements of the users very well.
