摘　　要：介绍了车辆监控系统的软硬件部分,给出了总体架构设计,提出了利用M apX和M apXT rem e进行电子地图显示,通过定位匹配将车辆位置、状态等信息有效地与电子地图整合,从而对车辆进行准确地定位和监控.This paper introduces how to design the architecture of hardware and software of the whole system and points out how to display the electronic map with MapX and MapXTreme ,how to integrate the position and statein formation of vehicle with the electronic map by location and matching technology so the system can locate and monitor the vehicle accurately.
