摘 要:建立了一种小量快速提取甘薯基因组DNA的方法。用该法以甘薯幼叶为实验材料,用小量快速法提取甘薯基因组DNA。提取的DNA经酶切、琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,结果表明DNA质量较好,所提取的DNA可用于RAPD、AFLP等技术。此方法具有提取速度快、利于规模化提取、DNA质量好和经济实用等优点,为甘薯及其它相关植物基因组DNA的提取提供了一种快速、简便的途径。A new method for rapid isolation of genomic DNA on small scale in sweetpotato was established. Genomic DNA from young leaves of sweetpotato was extracted by a new small scale and rapid isolating method. The extracted DNA by the new method was in a good quality, and could be used in RAPD, SSR and AFLP. The method displayed many fine characteristics such as high efficiency, good quality, practicality and so on. It is a good way for extracting genomic DNA from sweetpotato and other plants.
