摘 要:以山西省太原奶牛场第一分场、第二分场及阳曲667 hm^2草场选取的健康、泌乳正常的奶牛为研究对象,利用DFREML软件配合动物模型对山西省荷斯坦牛15个体型线性性状(评分1~50分)的遗传参数进行了估计。结果表明:山西省荷斯坦牛15个体型线性性状的平均分从18.9(体高)到30.6(体深)。标准差从6.5(后房宽度)到11.7(后肢侧视)。体型线性性状的遗传力估计值从0.10(蹄角度)到0.45(体高)。体型线性性状之间的表型相关系数.除胸宽与体深具有较大的表型相关(0.718),体高与尻宽具有中等程度的表型相关(0.343)外,绝大多数接近于0.即几乎不存在表型相关,其变化范围从-0.141(尻宽与乳房深度)到0.718(胸宽与体深)。体型线性性状的遗传相关一般和对应的表型相关符号相同,但比表型相关要大,其变化范围从-0.867(楞角性与后肢侧视)到0.937(胸宽与体深)。Data in this study were collected from dairy cattle in Taiyuan Dairy Cattle Farm of Shanxi province. The genetic parameters of 15 linear type traits (scored linearly 1-50 points)were estimated from Shanxi Holstein Cattle using animal models by DFREML package. Means for linear type traits ranged from 18.9 (stature) to 30.6 (body depth) , and standard deviations ranged from 6.5 (rear udder width) to 11.7 (rear leg side view). Heritability estimates for linear type traits ranged from 0. 10 (foot angle) to 0.45 (stature) . Phenotypic correlations among linear type traits were essentially zero except for strength and body depth (0. 718), stature and rump width (0. 343), and ranged from -0. 141 (rump width) to 0. 718 (strength to body depth). Genetic correlations were generally of the same sign and larger than their corresponding phenotypic correlations , and ranged from -0. 867 (dairyness and rear leg side view) to 0. 937 (strength and body depth).
