摘　　要：通过对中国职业足球俱乐部现状的分析,指出影响中国职业足球俱乐部发展的因素。研究认为:我国的职业足球与政府之间有着较密切的联系,俱乐部体制、经营管理现状很不完善,俱乐部收支处于亏损状态。同时提出中国职业足球俱乐部的发展对策:应建全股份制体制;加强经营理念;改革足球管理体制;提高足球竞技水平。希望能为我国职业体育俱乐部的生存和发展提供有意义的经验和借鉴。Based on the analysis of the current situation of professional football clubs in China, this study explored factors that impacted on the development of professional football clubs in China. The results of this study indicated that there existed close relationship between the professional football clubs in China; the system of clubs, running management is still insufficient; the income of clubs is at a loss. Meanwhile, several strategies in relation to the development of the professional football clubs in China were proposed. It is suggested to consummate fully stock-controlled management system, enhance the running concept, reform the management system of the professional football clubs, and improve the competition level of the professional football clubs in China, in order to provide the meaningful experiences and references for the survival and development of the professional football clubs in China.
