摘　　要：根据新时期党中央和国务院、教育部和国家中医药管理局的新精神,结合广州中医药大学教育教学管理自主创新发展模式,对高等中医药教育教学管理观念创新、机制创新、制度创新和自主发展模式创新的基本思路进行探索。In the light of new spirits in the new times from the Central government, State Department, Ministry of Education and State Administration of Chinese Medicine, this paper talks about the self-reliance and creative development mode of teaching administration in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Basic thoughts of how to do teaching administration work by means of creative concepts, mechanisms and regulations are further discussed.
