摘  要:目的探索利用质控图检测法评判滚法推拿手法的可行性,为滚法的手法教学、科研和推拿专家手法技术的整理提供参考。方法采用TPA-1型推拿手法参数测试仪,对我校推拿专家的滚法推拿手法进行测试,建立滚法的手法质控图,对我校2002级 ̄2004级针灸推拿专业186名学生在学习滚法后进行推拿手法测试,根据仪器记录的波形参数用手法质控图进行评分,同时采用传统标准进行评分,用自身配对的方法比较两种评分方法的评分之间的相关性,以探索利用滚法的手法质控图检测法评判推拿手法的可行性。结果186名学生在学习滚法后的滚法推拿手法传统评分的平均值为77.2分,手法质控图检测法评分的平均值为76.9分,两者差别无统计学意义,两种评分方法的评分之间相关系数为0.978,P<0.001。结论滚法的手法质控图检测法评分与传统标准评分具有高度的正相关性,质控图检测法可用于滚法推拿手法的评判。Objectives: To explore possibility of applying quality-control measurement in evaluation of rolling massage so as to offer reference for teaching and scientific research of rolling methods in massage as well as for collection of expert massage methods. Methods" By means of TPA-1 parameter testing instrument, expert rolling methods are tested to form a quality-control diagram. 186 acupuncture students of grades 2002-2004 receive tests after learning roiling method, and scores are given according to the parameters recorded by the instrument and by the comparison with the quality-control diagram. Traditional criteria are adopted meanwhile to form another group of scores. Self-partnership method is then used to analyze their correlation to explore possibility of measuring roiling massage by means of quality-control diagram. Results: The 186 students average 77.2 and 76.9 points respectively by means of traditional evaluation method and quality-control diagram method. There is no statistical difference between the two methods, with a correlation coefficient of 0.978,P〈0.001. " Conclusions: There is high positive correlation between quality-control measurement and traditional evaluation method, and the quality-control measurement is suitable for evaluation of rolling.
