摘  要:对目前国外整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)发电技术发展及应用、建设和发展趋势等作了概要介绍;从我国能源结构特点、环境保护需要、水资源短缺、电网主力机组容量增大等方面对我国建设IGCC电厂的必要性进行了论述;根据IGCC发电核心技术进入中国化工行业及科研单位对IGCC发电核心技术研究的突破,IGCC设备国内制造、设备本地化及IGCC发电技术在我国电力市场的应用潜力等方面的情况,对我国建设IGCC电厂的基础条件进行全面分析,认为目前我国发展IGCC发电技术的条件已基本成熟,应加快IGCC发电技术在我国的应用和发展。An overview of the development situation and tendency of IGCC power generation technology was proposed in this paper. The necessity of constructing IGCC power plants in China was discussed from the viewpoints, such as the feature of energy structure, the requirement of environmental protection, the water shortage and the capacity enlarging of predominant units. Based on the key technologies breakthrough and penetration of IGCC into the chemical industry, combined with the equipment localization and IGCC application potential in domestic power market, a comprehensive analysis on the basic conditions for building IGCC power plants in China was analyzed in detail. It shows that the development conditions for IGCC technology are mature, and it's time to rapid the application and development of this technology in China.
