摘 要:介绍了以乙二醇单乙醚和醋酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯的改进工艺。探讨了催化剂、溶剂、反应温度、物料比这几个因素对反应产率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件:催化剂对甲苯磺酸:乙二醇单乙醚=1:25(摩尔比),溶剂为甲苯,乙二醇单乙醚:醋酸=1:1.2(摩尔比),最佳反应温度为150~165℃,反应时间为3h,采用套用工艺最终得产率95.1%。该工艺步骤简单,生产设备投资低,具有较强的技术优势,易于工业化。In this paper, we took ethyleneglycol monoethylether and acetate as the raw material to synthesize ethyleneglycol monoethylether acetate with the catalyst of toluene-p-sulfonic acid. The effect of catalyst, solvent, reaction temperature, the mole ratio of materials on yield were discussed. We could receive the best reaction condition: the catalyst is toluene-p-sulfonic acid that the ratio is 1 : 25 ( paratoluenesulfonic acid: ethyleneglycol monoethylether) ,the solvent is toluene ,the temperature is 150- 165℃ ,the reaction time is 3 -4 h , and the ratio of raw materials is 1: 1.2. After using indiscriminately, the yield is 95.1%. The new technology has strong technical superiority, such as simpler process, less investment, and so on.
