摘　　要：目的研究瞬时受体电位通道3(TRPC3)基因多态性与代谢综合征(MS)相关组分的关系。方法收集临床病例246例,其中MS患者95例,高血压(EH)患者99例和糖尿病(DM)患者52例,进行体检和生化检测,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性方法鉴别TRPC3基因型,分析TRPC3基因多态性在MS组、EH组和DM组中的分布及与代谢综合征相关组分的关系。结果(1)TRPC3基因多态性GG、AA、A/G型在MS组、EH组和DM组中的分布频数无明显差异;(2)246例患者中GG型的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)明显高于AA和A/G。结论TRPC3的基因多态性在3组代谢疾病中的分布频数无明显差异;其中GG型可能与空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)有更密切的关系。Objeetive To analyse the TRPC3 gene polymorphism of metabolic syndrome, essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients and their associations with compositions of metabolism syndrome. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism was used to study the distribution of TRPC3 polymorphism in 95 subjects with metabolism syndrome（MS）, 99 subjects with essential hypertension（EH） and 52 subjects with diabetes mellitus（DM）. Body examinations and biochemistry tests were performed on the subjects. Results （1） there was no significant difference of distribution of TRPC3 polymorphism among the three groups. （2） GG genotype group had significantly higher FPB,2hPG, HbA1c, FFA than those of the other two groups. Conclusion The results show that there is no difference of distribution of TRPC3 polymorphism among the three groups . GG genotype is probably closely related to FPB,2hPG, HbA1c,and FFA.
