蚕种冷库相关聚氨酯和乙二醇对家蚕幼虫的影响

摘　　要：聚氨酯和乙二醇可应用于蚕种冷库墙体建造和温度控制。本试验未见聚氨酯对家蚕幼虫的熏蒸毒性。乙二醇连续喂饲家蚕幼虫可导致家蚕的死亡和生长发育不良,但毒性相对较低。两种物质用于蚕种冷库较为安全。Polyurethane and ethylene glacol can be used for building cold storehouses of silkworm eggs and controling the temperature of refrigeration storehouses. Present in this experiment showed that polyurethane had no fumigation toxicity to the larvae of silkworm. Continuous feeding with ethylene glacol might induce retarded growth, hypogenesis or even decease of silkworm larvae, but the toxicity was very low. Therefore, ethylene glacol and polyurethane are safe to be used in the cold storehouses of silkworm eggs .
