摘 要:阿维菌素的安全间隔期较长,不宜在桑园中使用。阿维菌素和依维菌素对家蚕的致死中浓度在10μg/L~0.1μg/L之间,两者对家蚕的毒性没有显著差异,随着蚕龄的增长家蚕抗性的增加不是十分明显,10μg/L~0.1μg/L的阿维菌素连续添食4龄家蚕,导致死亡蚕数增加,并且10μg/L、1μg/L的阿维菌素对入眠眠蚕体重的影响存在显著差异(P<0.05)。The safe interval period of Avermectin was too long to spray on mulberray field. LC50 of Avermectin and Ivermectin to Bombyx mori larve was between 10μg/L-0.1μg/L, and there was no significant difference between toxicity of Avermectin and Ivermectin. With the increase of instar, Bombyx moil larva had no gained significant resistance. Mulberry leaves sprayed with 10μg/L-0.1μg/L Avermectin were continuously fed to 4th instar larve , increased the death number of silkworm larvae was observed, and 10 μg/L or 1 μg/L Avermectin treatment shown significant effect on larval weight during mouh(P〈0.05).
