摘  要:接种厌氧颗粒污泥的小试UASB反应器,以含葡萄糖和NaNO3(COD:NO3^- -N=10:1)的自配水为进水,温度在35℃左右,HRT在14~20h之间,经过76天的运行,成功实现了同时产甲烷反硝化功能。UASB反应器的COD和NO3^- -N的负荷分别为15.55kgCOD·m^-3d^-1和1.55kgNO3^- -N·m^3d^-1时,二者的去除率分别达到95%和接近100%;当反应器的负荷继续提高至25kgCOD·m^-3d^-1和2,5kgNO3^- -N·m^-3d^-1时,反应器对COD和NO3^- -N的去除率均持续下降,颗粒污泥逐渐解体,降低负荷至10kgCOD·m^-3d^-1和1.0kgNO3^- -N·m^-3d^-1并运行20d,仍未见明显好转。Simultaneous methanogenesis and denitrification was successfully realized in a lab-scale UASB reactor after 76 days' operation, which was inoculated with anaerobic granular sludge, using synthetic wastewater containing glucose and NaNO3, and the ratio of COD/NO3^ - -N was maintained at about 10: 1, the temperature was around 35 ℃± 1℃, and the hydraulic retention time of the UASB reactor was about 14 - 20 h. When the COD and NO3 -N loading rates were about 15.55 kg COD·m^-3d^-1 and 1.55 kg NO3^ - -N·m^-3d^-1 respectively, the removal effieieneies for COD and NO3 ^- -N reached 95% and 100% respectively. But when the loading rates of the UASB reactor were increased to about 25 kg COD·m^-3d^-1 and2.5 kg NO3^- -N·m^-3d^-1 respectively in a short time, the removal effieieneies for COD and NO3^- -N were decreased continually.Then loading rates were decreased to about 10 kg COD·m^-3d^-1 and 1.0 kg NO3^- -N·m^-3d^-1, after 20 days' operation, the performance of the reactor could not be recovered.
