经阴道CDFI检测早期妊娠的黄体血流阻力指数

摘　　要：本文报告经阴道ＣＤＦＩ检测９３例早期妊娠的黄体血流阻力指数，其中早孕双胎４例，单胎５４例，宫外孕１５例和先兆流产２０例。我们检测的阻力指数结果分别为０．２９，０．４１，０．４７和０．５５，说明黄体血流阻力指数的大小和维持胎芽生长发育的妊娠黄体分泌的孕酮有一定关系。有助于临床诊断。并以年龄、阻力指数、收缩峰值Ｓ和舒张谷值Ｄ四个计量资料为判别指标作参与判断，提示对有关早期妊娠的鉴别诊断大有裨益。We reported here the blood flow resistence index(RI)of corpus luteum in 93 early pregnanct cases. Among them each of the 4 cases conceired with twin pregnancy,54 cases with one fetus,15 cases with ectopic pregnancy and 20 cases with threatened abortion.The RIs were 0.29, 0.41,0.47 and 0.55 respectively It showed that the RI value was related to the level of progesterone,which maitains the growth and development of the embryos,to judgement of the age,RI,contraction peak value and diastolic valley value is very helpful to clinic diagnosis.
