超声引导不同方法肾脏活组织检查对比研究

摘　　要：目的寻求超声引导下肾脏组织活检最佳方法。方法对1086例印诊肾炎且需进行肾组织活检者,用不同方式进行肾组织活检。结果超声引导自动切割组一次性成功率最高,其次是引导手动切割组和引导负压组,盲法负压组一次成功率最低。而并发症各组之间的排序正好相反。结论超声引导自动肾穿刺活组织检查应推广应用。Objective To preferred way of kidney biopsy with ultrasonic guidance. Method 1086 cases of nephritis diagnosed and to kidney biopsy were undertaked with different method ultrasonic guidance. Result The achievement ratio of ultrasonic guidance automatic biopsy method is highest in all methods. The achievement ratio blind underpressure method is＇lowest in all methods. The achievement ratio of ultrasonic guidance hand-motion and ultrasonic guidance blind underpressure method is higher the rather achievement ratio blind underpressure method. The complications were diametrical. Conclusion The ultrasonic guidance automatic biopsy method should are spreaded.
