摘 要:本文提出了一种实用的串联谐振式IGBT焊接电源。与常规的PWM控制方式相比,该电源具有开关频率高,开关损耗小等特点,而且这种变换电路本身具有恒流源特点,主回路通态电流峰值较低,特别适合做经常工作于短路状态的弧焊电源。本文除了给出原理分析和计算外,还讨论了实现中的几个问题,对谐振式逆变焊机的实用化有一定指导意义。A practical series resonant IGBT power source is advanced in this paper. despite principle analysis and calculation,this paper also discusses several problems encounted in implement. besides the advantages of high switch frequency、small switch loss and so on over others controlled by conventional PWM methed, the converting circuit of this power source has characteristics of constant electric current source and low peak value of the current in main circuit. All of these characteristics enable it to be fit for arc welding power source which frequently works at short-circuit.
