摘　　要：分析了气压瓶盖的结构及工艺特点,介绍了瓶盖注射模具的结构和工作过程,并详细介绍了模具浇注系统,凸凹模及侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计。The technologic characteristics of the lid of the atmospheric bottle were analyzed. The structure and the working process of the injection mould for the lid were stated. And the design of the feed system, cavity and core, side parting and core-pulling mechanism were stated in detail.
