清洗锅炉换热管壁是提高热效率的有效途径

摘　　要：阐述了锅炉换热管外壁(如省煤器、空气预热器、水冷壁等)积灰和结焦对锅炉运行造成的危害,通过黑龙江省哈尔滨东北轻合金有限责任公司SHL-14-115/75型锅炉的清洗实例,表明对锅炉换热管壁定期进行清洗,会大大减少换热管表面腐蚀和腐损,增大热交换面积,减少烟气排放阻力,降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,延长锅炉的使用寿命。the harmness caused by deposited ash and foul on the outside wall of heat exchange tube,such as economizer air preheater and water wall, is discussed. Results obtainedby the Northeast Light Alloy Co. Ltd. with a type of SHL- 14 - 115/75 boilers cleaning show that regular cleaning of outside wall of thermal exchange tube can reduce the degree of corrosion and abrasion on the surface of the tube greatly, increase the area of thermal exchange, decrease the resistance of exhaust flue gas, lower the temperature of exhaust, promote the boiler＇s thermal efficiency and prolong its service life.
