摘  要:基于小波变换的非线性信号消噪原理,提出了一种以DSP作为信号检测和处理核心部件的永磁直线同步电动机(PMLSM)垂直运输系统故障信号消噪的设计方案。实验表明,该系统运用小波变换进行故障信号的消噪处理,保留了信号的突变特征,有利于故障特征的检测。For the denoising theory for the nonlinear signal based on the wavelet transformation principle, the paper offers a kind of design scheme of denoising the malfunction signal occurs from the PMLSM vertical elevating system that the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) serves as the core component to detect and process the signal. The test shows thatthe wavelet transformation is applied to the system to denoise the malfunction signal, thus the sudden change characteristic of the signal is preserved, which benefits the detection for the malfunction nature.
