无线射频识别及其在制造业中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了无线射频识别(RFID)的电子标签和阅读器。着重分析了RFID的工作原理和技术实现,包括:RFID的射频传输、反向散射调制(back scatter modulation),标签先发言(TTF)和阅读器先发言(RTF)、数据交换和多标签同时识别。阐述了RFID的应用系统,它包括RFID系统、计算机处理系统、应用软件和系统软件。还阐述了RFID在制造业中的具体应用,包括:生产自动化,仪器、工具、器材和仓储的管理,门禁保安和产品防伪等。Tag of RFID and its reader are introduced. The work principle and its application are analyzed, including RFID radio frequency （RF） transmission, back scatter modulation, tag talk first （TTF）, reader talk first （RTF）, data exchange and multi-tag identification. RFID application system is elaborated, which is composed of RFID system, computer processing system, application software and system software. Then, RFID and its application in manufacturing are thoronghly expounded including production automation and management of instruments, tools, machinery and their storage, the control at gate, public security and products defend false.
