摘　　要：目前各种网管协议对网络性能管理缺乏足够的支持,大多数网络管理模型都把重点放在网络测量上,缺乏良好的扩展性。WBEM是用于实现对企业网络和系统资源统一管理的标准,CIM是WBEM的信息模型,它支持多种管理通信协议且具有良好的开放性。借鉴CIM的测量模型思想,构建了网络性能管理信息模型NPIM,该模型定义了网络性能管理中的各种资源及其相互关系,在NPIM基础上实现了网络性能管理系统,该系统能够适应被管网络结构和规模的变化。At present, network management protocols don＇t support network performance management enough. Most of network management models pay more attention to network measurement and are lack of expansibility. WBEM is a criterion used in management of enterprise network and system resource. CIM, which is the information model of WBEM, supports many kinds of management and communication protocols. And the model is opening. Referring to the thoughts of CIM, an information model of network performance management （NPIM） is presented. Various resource and its relations are defined with NPIM during the management of network perform- ance. On the basis ofNPIM, a network management system is realized which could adapt the change of network structure and scale.
