摘　　要：为了对家居进行远程智能控制和管理,实现家居的实时监控,以无线收发数据和控制为主要技术,设计和实现了一个基于FPSLIC主控芯片的网络家居终端系统。系统包括:中央控制器模块、家居安防模块、家居电器信息化模块和远程服务器控制模块4大功能模块。通过用户远程网络登陆来实时监控家居的安防情况,同时实现用户新旧家居的信息化改造,并提供社区内的信息化服务平台,可以将单个用户终端系统扩展组成小区范围的综合家居智能控制和管理系统。A kind of terminal system of intellectual house based on FPSLIC is designed. The house is controlled by the system in real time. Data is received and sent via wireless. Four major parts are included in this system： the central controller module, the house security module, the house electric equipment information-based module and the remote server control module. The condition of the house security is achieved by loaded network at the remote distance. The information alteration of the new and the past appliances is rea- lized in this system. The information server platform of the community is provided in the system. The integrative long-distance control and management to the house is extended by single user to the community.
