摘　　要：职业健康安全管理体系是当今先进的安全管理方法。文章根据化工企业的实际特点,分析了化工企业建立和实施职业安全健康管理体系的必要性和注意事项,讨论了化工企业建立职业安全健康体系的方法。Occupational safety and health management system is an advanced method of safety management today. According to the concrete conditions of chemical enterprise, the necessity and considerations of establishing and implementing occupational safety and health management system at chemical enterprise are analyzed. The methods in establishing occupational safety and health management system are also discussed in the paper.
