摘  要:通信业市场竞争日趋激烈,数据业务逐步成为新的业务增长点,消费者选择消费的心理日趋成熟。资费套餐作为新的竞争方式能提高用户ARPU值,满足用户不同层次的消费需求,重塑固话业务品牌,有利于改进电信服务。资费套餐的设计既要方便用户选择,又要与移动运营商协调,以促进固网转型,优化电信竞争。Along with the fierce competition of communication market, data service has gradually become a new service growing point, and customers' mature consumption psychology has gradually formed. As a new competition mode, tariff package scheme has the following advantages: increase the ARPU value of users, meet the needs of different levels, rebuild the brand of fixed phone service and improve the telecom services. In order to accelerate the conversion of fixed network and optimize telecom competition, the design of tariff package scheme has to be convenient for customers to choose and coordinated with mobile carriers.
