海淀区发展对外部拉动效应分析

摘　　要：作为全国技术最密集、经济最发达的城区之一,海淀区的发展对北京市乃至全国具有重要的拉动作用。本文利用投入产出技术提出城区拉动效应的测算模型,并用专门编制的海淀区投入产出表,测度了海淀区发的发展对外界的拉动作用,用该计算结果分析海淀区在北京的地位和作用。该方法对于研究城区的发展政策有一定参考意义。As a hi-tech intensive and developed district, Haidian has played a more and more important role in the modernization process by driving the development of Beijing and even of the whole country. Applying the input-output technique, this paper constructs a model to calculate the effect of Haidian′s driving other areas′ development and by constructing the 2002 input-output table of Haidian District, this paper makes an empirical analysis. The results, indicating the position of Haidian District, are meaningful in helping make policies on urban development.
