New floatover marine installation technology applied in the installation of CEP platform in NB 35-2 oilfield

摘  要:大型结构物海上安装的常规方法是吊装,但由于受起重船吊装能力(目前国内最大的起重船“蓝疆”号的额定起重能力为3 800 t)和施工作业环境等诸多因素的影响,工程中往往需要直接租用国外大型起重船或者将大型结构物分成几块进行安装,这不仅加大了海上施工作业成本,而且会增加海上连接调试的时间、费用和海上作业的风险。2005年,海洋石油工程股份有限公司首次运用浮托法海上安装新工艺,成功地将重达7 200 t的南堡35-2油田中心平台整体安装到导管架上。该工程项目的顺利实施,标志着我国已初步具备了超大型海上平台的安装能力,也证明了在我国海域应用浮托法进行大型结构物安装的可行性。Lifting is the most common method for marine structures' installation. However, the method is limited by the lifting capacity of derrick barge (At present, the largest derrick barge Lanjiang with the lifting capacity of 3800 tons can't perform all the structures' installation) and environment, etc. The method of hiring derrick barges from abroad directly or dividing the whole platform into pieces is usually adopted, however, it will increase the cost of the project, marine installation duration and operation risk. In 2005, the floatover marine installation technology has been successfully applied in the installation of CEP platform in NB 35-2 oilfield by COOEC for the first time. The platform weights 7 200 tons. It indicated that we have initially held the installation capability and it also proved the feasibility of the method in the installation of large size offshore platform.
