摘  要:多发性硬化(MS)是中枢神经系统最常见的脱髓鞘疾病,MRI是诊断MS的主要手段。本文分别从MS患者MRI的T2WI上提取病灶区、表观正常脑白质区,和健康对照组的MRI图像提取正常脑白质区三组感兴趣区,利用灰度共生矩阵对图像进行了纹理分析,提取了能量、对比度、方差、逆差矩、熵等纹理特征参量,发现上述三组感兴趣区之间均存在显著性差异,提示MS患者表观正常脑白质中存在常规MRI无法显示的微观结构的改变,为进一步研究可能表征MS脑白质微观结构改变的特征提供了依据,如果此结论成立有助于揭示MS发病机理,从而有助于实现MS疾病的早期诊断。Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a common demyelinating disease in the central nerve system. For patients with MS, conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has markedly improved our ability to detect the macroscopic abnormalities of the brain and spinal cord. Texture analysis with gray level co- occurrence matrix was performed in different brain white matter regions on T2- weighted images from patients with MS and controls. The region of interest was divided into three groups: lesion, normal appearing white matter and normal white matter. Five texture parameters, energy, contrast, deviation, inverse difference moment and entropy were extracted. And the difference among the three groups was described in paper. The difference among those parameters may reflect the microcosmic variety of brain white matter for a patient with multiple sclerosis.
