摘　　要：龙滩水电站左岸大坝施工过程中,建设单位对大坝、进水口、拦污栅等混凝土施工质量提出了“内实外光”、“免装修”的更高要求。施工单位从模板设计与施工方案入手,对原有模板方案进行修改和优化,将预制模板改为现浇混凝土,改散拼钢模为异形模板,虽增加了成本投入,但保证了质量,加快了进度,得到参建各方的好评。When the construction of the left bank dam section of the Longtan project began, the owner of the Project demanded that the concrete structures including the dam, intakes, trash racks and etc., must be built ＂solid and fine looking＂ and ＂without decoration＂. To meet these requirements, the construction force decided to modify and optimize their original form designs. Instead of pre-casting and regular steel forms, they used casting in situ and irregular torms respectively. It was true that in so doing the cost increased but the quality and speed of the work have been well received by all the parties concerned.
