摘  要:为了在大功率激光二极管抽运固体激光器(DPL)中实现高光束质量和光束的可控制性,提出了激光二极管端侧面组合抽运DPL方案,建立了端侧面组合抽运模型,分析了端面抽运光对振荡光的控制作用,并进行了实验验证。由数值计算和实验结果看出,相对于侧面抽运,端侧面组合抽运DPL中端面抽运光的运用,使零阶模的竞争能力明显提高,光束质量得到了很大改善。总抽运功率一定时,端面抽运功率越大,零阶模的竞争能力越强,输出光束质量越好。因此通过改变端面抽运功率的比例,提高光束质量,并实现对振荡光的控制。The laser-diode end-and-side composite-pumping technique is used in laser-diode-pumped solid-state lasers,in order to realize high beam quality and the controllability of the beam, The model of the pump intensity is given. The control function of the end-pumping light on the oscillation light is studied both in theory and in experiment. From results of numerical calculation and experiments, we can see that, compared with an only side-pumped DPL,the end-pumping light in a composite-pumped D PL raises the competition ability of the zero level mode remarkably, improves the output beam quality greatly. With the total pumping-power fixed, the larger the end-pumping power, the stronger the competition ability of the zero level mode, and the better the output beam quality. Therefore, the beam quality can be improved and the oscillation light can be controlled by changing the proportion of the end- pumping power.
