摘　　要：研究了不同硅量的水平连铸铸态铁素体球墨铸铁型材的弯曲疲劳性能．结果指出：这种铸铁的σ－１高达２６０～２７０ＭＰａ，而对比的砂铸试样σ－１只有１８０ＭＰａ．细小、圆整的石墨球、致密的组织。An investigation on the as cast fatigue property of horizontal continuous casting(HCC)ductile iron bar,under transversal laoding condition,were conducted The results showed that the σ -1 value of tested samples can reach 260～270MPa,and the comparison test sample of sand cast ductile iron only get 180MPa under the same experiment conditions The fine and round shaped graphite nodules and compactive structnre as well as the very little amount of non matalic inclusions in the matrix are the main factors which contribute to the high fatigue property
