摘 要:变形温度、变形速度和变形时工件的应力状态对球铁高温变形起着重要作用。在纯扭条件下,在不同湿度和变形速率下对铸铁型材进行了试验研究,并在950℃不同变形速率下与45#钢和低铬白口铁进行了比较。结果表明,在试验温度范围内(850~1000℃),提高变形温度有利于球铁变形,得出0.Temperature,deformation speed and the exsisting stress state play an important roles in the high temperature deformation ability of ductile iron. In the present paper under pure torsional condition the twisting deformation ability of horizontal continuous cast ductile iron has been tested with the different torsion speeds at different temperatures. Some comparison was also conducted on middle carbon steel(45 # steel)and low chromium white cast iron under the same torsional conditions at 950℃. Within the experiment temperature rang (850℃~1 000℃)results have shown that increasing of temperature is favorable to the deformation of ductile iron. 0.43S -1 is the characteristic twisting deformation speed rate of the tested ductile iron under this experiment conditions. Under torsional condition ductile iron is far more sensitive to the deformation speed than of middle carbon steel,so that suitable technology parameters should be used when the ductile iron is hot worked.
