摘 要:针对准则权系数信息不完全确定和准则值为模糊数且有训练集的多准则决策问题,提出了一种模糊多准则UTA方法。该方法在考虑对训练集排序的基础上,结合不完全确定的准则权系数信息和训练集中各方案的模糊准则值的效用建立非线性模糊规划模型,并将其转化为模糊线性规划模型,求解得出准则权系数、训练集中各方案准则值的模糊效用值,利用插值求出方案的准则值的模糊效用,进而得到整个方案集的排序。最后实例说明该方法的有效性和可行性。For multi-criteria decision-making problem with reference set, in which the information on the eriteria's weights uncertain are and criteria' s values are fuzzy number, a fuzzy multi-criteria UTA method is proposed Using ranking to the reference set and uncertain information on weights and utility values of eriteria's value for alternarives on the reference set, a nonlinear fuzzy programming model is developed. Then nonlinear fuzzy programming is converted into linear fuzzy programming, the optimal criteria' s weights and fuzzy utility of criteria' s values for altematives on the reference set are gained by solving the linear fuzzy programming. The fuzzy utility of criteria' s value for alternatives is obtained by using interpolation. Fuzzy utility of the alternatives is computed. And ranking is performed through the comparison on the utilities of the altematives. Finally, an example is given to explain the feasibility and avaihbility of this method.
