摘　　要：Currently,the use of artifiacial neural network in society economy has become the most challenging and absorbing hotspot.In this study,we used the BP network and the toolboxes of the matlab 6.5 to construct prediction and warning system on the time serial datum which is based on the models of population,resource,environment and economy developing in harmony and the coefficients of developing in line after the evaluation of the in-phase-development degree of population,resource,environment and economy.Currently,the use of artifiacial neural network in society economy has become the most challenging and absorbing hotspot.
