摘　　要：分析了目前形势下图书馆进行业务外包的必要性,重点探讨了采访、编目业务外包的一些细节问题,并且给出了具体的采编外包及验收方案。This essay analyzes on the necessity of the service outsourcing of university library under the current situation, probes emphatically into some details of the outsourcing of the acquisitioning and cataloging works, and puts forward some concrete schemes of the outsourcing of the acquisitioning and cataloging works and the acceptance check.
