摘　　要：目的:了解医院业务收入的影响因素,为医院领导决策提供科学的依据。方法:应用增量因素分析法对医院业务收入指标体系进行分析。结果:该院业务收入的增长,主要是依靠增加病人的数量而引起,病人的医疗费用也有一定幅度的上涨。结论:增加医院业务量,控制病人的医疗费用,能够保证医院发展的良性循环。The objective of this paper is to explore the factors influencing hospital professional income, and provide scientific foundation for the leaders to make their decisions. This paper adopts the incremental factors analysis to analyze on the hospital professional income index system. The result is that the increase of this hospital professional income mainly depends on the increase of patients＇ number, and patients＇ medical cost is increased by a certain margin. And the conclusion is that increasing the business volume and controlling patients＇ medical cost can ensure the benign circulation of hospital＇s development.
