利百素辅助推拿治疗骨伤科常见病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察利百素辅助推拿治疗骨伤科常见病的疗效。方法将219例骨伤科常见病(急性腰扭伤、肱骨外上髁炎、肩关节周围炎)患者分为治疗组112例和对照组107例,治疗组在推拿治疗时使用利百素作为递质,对照组单纯进行推拿手法治疗。结果治疗组的治愈率、显效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利百素辅助推拿治疗骨伤科常见病可增强疗效。Objective To observe the effect of compound Aescin gel on the massage of the commonly encountered diseases in orthopedic traumatology. Methods All 219 patients （acute sprain of waist, radiohumeial epicondylitis, frozen shoulder） were divided into the treatment group （n= 112） and control group （n=107）. The treatment group was treated with compound Aescin gel in massage treatment, and the control group treated only with massage. Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）, Conclusion Compound Aescin gel used in massage can improve effect of commonly encountered diseases in orthopedic traumatology.
