综合性康复中心病床利用情况分析与评价

摘　　要：目的分析综合性康复中心床位设置和利用情况,为管理者优化床位配置方案,合理利用资源,提供科学依据。方法采用服务目标法对床位实际需求量、标准床位需求量、供需比值进行计算和分析。结果内科、ICU床位周转次数符合要求,床位使用率较高,其他科室床位使用率高于控制水平,但床位周转次数低于标准要求。结论医院管理者应针对不同因素采取措施优化配置,加强管理,进一步提高医疗质量。Objective To analyze the sickbed setup and utilization in the general rehabilitation center and offer gists for strengthening hospital optimize project of sickbed setup. Methods The factual sickbed demand, standard sickbed demand and the ratio of confessing and requiring were counted and analyzed. Results The sickbed turnover times of the internal medicine and ICU were accord with request, but the rate of sickbed utilization was higher, the sickbed utilization rate of the other section offices were higher. The sickbed turnover times were lower compared with control lever. Conclusion The hospital manager should take some measures for optimize sickbed setup, and strengthen manage to improve the medical quality.
