摘　　要：对照我国钢铁产业发展政策要求,结合马钢实际情况,阐述了当前我国冶金行业的能源消耗状况,分析了在能耗指标方面马钢与同行业先进水平的差距,提出了今后一个时期马钢贯彻落实国家产业政策、进一步降低能源和资源消耗、实施低成本战略、提升企业竞争力的思路和措施,并逐步付诸于实践。Combing the practical state of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd., and in the light of the industrial development policy for the iron and steel industry of our country, the current energy consumption state of the metallurgical industry of our country is expounded, and the differences in energy consumption index between Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel CO., Ltd. and other iron and steel companies with advanced level are analyzed. The thought and measures to implement the national industrial policy in future are put forward, namely to further decrease energy source and resource consumptions, implement strategy of low costs so as to increase competitive ability of the enterprise. The above measures should be used in practice.
