摘　　要：总结了马钢第一套国产化干熄焦装置设计投产经验,详述了CDQ锅炉水循环方式的选择、膜式水冷壁的研制、防磨措施、防腐措施、本体密封、本体支撑与膨胀等方面设计研究情况,同时还介绍了CDQ锅炉系统设计、制造和验收应遵循的基本原则。The experience in design and commissioning of the first home-made coke dry quenching （CDQ） device of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co. was summarized. Selection of water circulation modes of CDQ boiler, development of membrane-type water cooling wall, antiabrasive measures, anti corrosion measures, design and research conditions of sealing, support and expansion of the boiler were described in detailed. The basic principles that should be followed in design, manufacture and inspection of the CDQ boiler system were presented.
