摘　　要：从上个世纪80年代开始,西方国家相继进行了医疗卫生服务领域的改革。作为不同的卫生管理体制的代表,英国、德国和美国的改革无疑较别的国家的改革有着更为深远的意义和影响。本文对它们改革中的共同点进行概括和分析,以期对其经验有所了解并对我国的卫生改革有所启发。Since 1980s, there has been a wave of health reform in western countries. As the representation of different health systems, Britain, Germany and America jointed in this wave and their reforms are more influential and meaningful than other countries. In this article, the author summed up their reforms and pointed out that there are 5 tendencies in the wave. The purpose of this article is to learn more from other countries and enlighten the health reform in our country.
