摘　　要：从装备保障指挥的角度,分析了装备保障指挥效能的基本概念及评估方法,讨论了装备保障指挥评估的基本流程;建立比较全面的装备保障指挥效能评估指标体系,运用功效函数层次分析法分析装备保障指控系统的效能,计算及合成效能指标的效能值和模型,得出评估结果。At the point of equipment support view, Which are analysed basic concept and evaluation methods of equipment support effectiveness, discussed basic flow of equipment support evaluation, established overall effectiveness evaluation index system of equipment support, analysed evaluation of equipment service system by the means of efficacy function layer analysis, calculated and synthesized effectiveness value and model of effectiveness index, educed evaluation result.
