新型多级离心泵轴向力平衡装置试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型平衡轴封装置，它代替多级泵的平衡盘及其后的轴封，既能平衡轴向力，又基本上无泄漏，因此平衡装置的泄漏损失可以完全收回。一般多级泵采用该装置后，泵总效率约提高３％～６％（节能效果４％～１０％）。该装置的原理适合于所有多级泵（包括深井潜水泵），目前在扬程３００ｍ以下的几种泵上试用，证明节能效果显著。A new tvvpo IJalance axial force equipznenf which can replace balancing diskand axial seal behind tlio disk can balance azial force and keep frorn leaking as well.Therefore the leakage loss of the balancing divices can be regained coinpletely.The totalefficiency of ordinary multistage Pump can be raised 3 to 6 Percent (the effcet of sav-ing energy is 4 10 percent)approximately by using the new type balance axial force,The Principle of the equipment is suited to all kinds of inultistage Pump,including deep-well submersible pump. The deviese are experimently used in several kinds of pumps un-der 300 meters head recently and are proved that the result of saving energy is appar-ent.
