摘  要:谷胱甘肽S-转移酶系(GSTs)是由多个基因编码,具有多种功能的超家族酶,是多种生物体内的主要解毒系统,它催化还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)与多种亲电子化合物结合,使其还原、功能失活,最终排出体外。近年来研究发现,GSTs酶系以多种毒性物质、活性氧(ROS)及其产物作为底物,进行生物转化代谢,在肺部的抗氧化过程中起重要作用,参与哮喘发作过程中的氧化/抗氧化调节,与哮喘的发病密切相关。由于GSTs的基因多态性改变了酶蛋白活性而与哮喘遗传易感性密切相关。本文综述了GSTs分型、结构、底物及其与哮喘的关系。Glutathione S-transferase (GSTs) encoded by many gene is a kind of superfamily enzyme that having many functions、and a main detoxification system in a number of organisms. GSTs catalyse the binding between electrophilic substrates and reduced glutathione, making them deoxidized and inactive in function, then evacuated from the body. Recent studies found, that GSTs can utilize many materials as their substrates including many kinds of toxic substance reactive oxygen species (ROS)and their products respectively and carry them through bioconversion and metabolism, which plays an important role in anti-oxidative process of the lung, participates in the regulation of oxidation/anti-oxidation in the asthmatic attack, has a dose relationship with the onset of asthma. It is just the gene polymorphism of GSTs that can make them have a close relationship with asthma genetic predisposition because it can change the activity of zymoprotein. This article reviews GSTs about its typing, structure, substrate and the relationship with asthma.
