摘　　要：八峰氨基酸口服液对小鼠的最大耐受量为7.29/kg,相当于临床用量的30倍。本品对小鼠具有抗疲劳及抗缺氧作用,增加记忆作用和对艾氏腹水的实体瘤和S180实体瘤具有仰制抗肿瘤作用。The mice maximum tolerant dosage of Bafeng amino acid oral solution was 7.2g/kg, which was 30 times of the clinical dosage. Bafeng aminu acid oral solution has obvious effects in anti-fatigue, anti-hypoxia and improving memory effects in mice. In addition to that, it can signifcantly inhibit the EAC and S190 solid tumors.
