摘　　要：目的：了解宜宾市2004年麻疹发病情况，分析总结流行原因，提出意见和建议，指导今后的麻疹控制工作。方法：收集2004年宜宾市麻疹流行病学、主动监测、暴发调查和实验室监测和人口学资料。用spss12．0对资料进行描述性分析。结果：我市麻疹发病率上升，长宁县最高为26．67／10万。发病以3～4月发病最多。麻疹疫苗全程接种率较低。结论：当前常规免疫报告中存在虚报、谎报现象。加强儿童计划免疫疫苗接种工作；加强基层计划免疫工作人员的培训工作；加强人群计划免疫健康教育和宣传是当前宜宾市疾控这些疾控中心今后迫切需要开展的工作工作。Objective：The epidemiological characters and tendency of measles are mastered by analyzing the incidence of inhabitants in yibin,in order to provide gist for measles control and prevention.Methods：Measles cases were collected in yibin diring 2004 and epidemiological fentureswere analyzed .Results：The results showed that 229 measles cases were reported in yibin during 2004,the incidence of measles increaed.The highest incidence of measles（26.67/100000） was in changling.The high incidence period was from March to February.The all incculation of measles＇ vaccination was low.Conclusion：It is necessary to monitor more measles cases in the future.More training class of measles vaccination procedure should be done more scientifically.At present it is our most important task to carry out health education and propaganda.
