河北地区TT病毒感染的血清流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:了解河北地区TT病毒(TTV)的感染状况以及与其它病毒性肝病的关系。方法:在TTV读码框架1区(ORF1)设计特异性引物,建立半巢式聚合酶链反应(semi-nested PCR)方法,对309例6种不同人群血清进行TTV DNA检测。结果:TTV的总感染率为46.28%,健康人群的感染率为31.94%,其他人群TTV的感染率由高到低依次为非甲-非戊型肝炎(65.00%)、肝硬化患者(58.33%)、丙型肝炎(57.14%)、乙型肝炎(48.06%)、急性甲型肝炎(38.71%)。急性甲型肝炎与健康人群的TTV DNA的阳性率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而健康人群与乙型肝炎、肝硬化患者、丙型肝炎和非甲-非戊型肝炎各组之间TTV DNA的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TTV感染可表现为单纯携带,也可与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)合并存在。结论:该地区存在TTV感染,在非甲-非戊型肝炎、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎组的感染率均较高,与非甲-非戊型肝炎并可能与HBV和HCV的感染有一定联系。Objective： To know the infection state of ＂TTV and the relationship between other viral liver diseases in Hebei area. Method： A semi- nested Polymerase Chain Reaction （semi - nested PCR） with specific primers from open reading frame one （ORF1） of TTV genome was established to detect TTV DNA in 309 cases which came from 6 different groups. Results： The total infection rate of TTV was 46.28%. The infection rate was 31,94% in healthy population. The infection rate of TTV in other groups was 65.00% of hepatitis non A-E, 58.33% of cirrhosis patients, 57.14% of hepatitis C. 48.06% in hepatitis B and 38.71% in hepatitis A respectively. There was no significant difference between the infection rate in healthy population and that in hepatitis A. But the infection rate of TTV in healthy population was significant difference （P〈0.05） while compared that in hepatitis B, cirrhosis patient, hepatitis C and hepatitis non A - E. TTV could infect people alone and it was also found existing with HBV and HCV in the same time. Conclusion： There was TTV infection in Hebei area, and the infection rate was higher in hepatitis non A- E, hepatitis B and hepatitis C groups. TTV infection may show a reciprocal association with non A - E hepatitis HBV and HCV infection.
