摘 要:利用ISSR-PCR方法对9种胡枝子的种间变异进行了研究,从60条引物中筛选出12条能扩增出清晰带型并具多态性的引物,共扩增出202个DNA片段,其中198个片段呈现多态性,占总扩增片段的98%。依据扩增结果进行遗传距离分析,构建了系统树。结果表明:9种胡枝子可以聚为4类,与形态学分类结果并不完全一致。Inter-species relationship of 9 species in Lespedeza was studied by using of ISSR marker. 12 primers were screened out from 60 random primers. Total 202 DNA bands were amplified 198 of which were polymorphic accounted for 98% ). The average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 16.8. A tree diagram was constructed by using UPGMA algorithm. The 9 Lespedera species were classified into 4 groups, which is not consistent with the morphological classification.
