摘　　要：物流园区是我国现代物流发展中出现的新生事物,许多省份和经济中心城市在区域物流发展规划中都提出规划建设若干物流园区。物流园区的投资效益评价是物流园区规划评价中的一项重要内容。根据物流园区规划投资建设具有多投入、多产出的特点,应用数据包络分析方法对物流园区的投资规模规划进行投资效益评价,以期找出非有效的投资规模规划方案,并对其进行有效性改进。Logistics park is a business of renascence in our country, many provinces and economic central cities put forward programming and constructing some logistics parks in their developing planning of district logistic. The evaluation of investing benefit in logistics park is an important content in the program- ming of logistics park. This paper evaluates benefit of investment about the programming of logistics park, according to many input and many output of the programming of logistics park, in order to find out noneffective planning projects of investment, and turn them into effective projects.
