摘  要:针对生产除草剂及其相关化工中间体产品的某农药厂生产废水COD值高、生物毒性大的特点,开展了电化学法去除废水中难生物降解污染物的预处理研究,分析了电化学法的预处理效果及其影响因素。结果表明,电解法对COD的去除率较低,而铁炭微电解法的预处理效果较好且操作简单,在pH值为8.3、铁炭比为300∶200、停留时间为132 h,采用较高的固水比并进行曝气的条件下,对COD的去除率可达60.52%,为后续处理创造了有利条件,并实现了以废治废。In connection with biological toxicity characteristic and high COD concentration in the wastewater from a farm chemical factory of herbicide and relevant chemical intermediate, the pretreatment study was taken by using electrochemistry to remove restraining or nonbiodegradation pollutants in the wastewater. The pretreatment effect and influencing factors of electrochemistry were analyzed. The results show that electrolysis has low removal rate of COD, but iron-carbon microelectrolysis has a better pretreatment effect with simple operation. Under the conditions of pH of 8.3, iron-carbon ratio of 300 : 200 and HRT of 132 h, the removal rate of COD can reach 60.52% when using high solid/water ratio and under- taking aeration, which creates advanlageous conditions to following treatments. This process has also achieved the result of treating waste with waste.
