摘  要:为分析UNITANK工艺生物除磷效果欠佳的原因,以佛山东鄱污水处理厂的UNITANK反应器为研究对象,实地考察了UNITANK反应器半周期的氧环境.结果表明:由于UNITANK工艺运行具有时序性,其需氧量呈现出周期性的变化;厌氧工序末端呈缺氧状态,其ORP值仅为-19.9 mV,这是由边池在转池(由静置出水到反应进水)过程中泥水全回流所致,而解决该问题的办法为设置独立厌氧段.研究了独立厌氧段对生物除磷的影响,小试结果表明,独立厌氧段适宜的HRT为30~60min;为确保该段获得良好的厌氧环境,需降低回流污泥中的NO3^--N浓度,但这恰恰是独立厌氧段工程设计的难点.In order to analyze the cause of the low TP removal effect, the half periodic oxygen environment of UNITANK reactor was investigated in Dongpo Wastewater Treatment Plant in Foshan. Moreover, a lab-scale test of enhanced anaerobic environment was carded out. The results show that oxygen demand presents a periodic variety because of the operation schedule of UNITANK. The terminal of anaerobic phase is anoxic (ORP is -19.9 mV) which is caused mainly by infinite reflux of sludge and water. The problem can be solved through setting a special anaerobic basin. The result of lab-scale test shows that the appropriate HRT of the special anaerobic basin shall be 30 -60 min. The nitrate concentration in returned sludge shall be reduced to obtain excellent anaerobic environment. However, there will be many difficulties in the engineering design.
